Based on our initial reading, the text messages released by State tonight do not appear to contain any messages that Volker did not provide to Congress during the impeachment inquiry.

We say this every time, but more Ukraine documents are still coming.

This is just the first production in this lawsuit. We expect additional records from State to be produced in early February — and there is a court-ordered deadline for OMB to release documents on January 21.
