Stopping aid to Lebanon is a monumentally terrible idea. It will destabilize a fragile nation, and Iran and Russia are celebrating as Trump continues to hand the Middle East to them on a sliver platter. Plus, just as with the Ukraine aid, he doesn’t have the power to suspend it.
