I think @GOPLeader can be charged with conspiracy if, when he appointed Devin Nunes to the intelligence committee, he had reason to know Nunes was compromised. When @TheDemocrats have @TheJusticeDept if McCarthy knew Nunes is compromised, he must be charged as a conspirator.
