This is what Thanksgiving looks like for many of our deployed troops. I took this picture in Afghanistan. We didn’t have an outpost or dining facility to go to. We didn’t even have tables and chairs. A Chinook flew in the food and Soldiers loaded it on the trailer in the cold.
