Tonight Donald Trump held a rally in Cincinnati. It was billed as the
start of a “thank you tour,” but whenever Trump wandered off the
teleprompter it was all about Donald Trump -- a stupefying display of
self-congratulation, pathological narcissism, and vindictiveness toward
the media that reminded me of a fascist rally of the 1930s.
