Greg Craig is back in court but no jury yet. Attorneys are working through how Judge Jackson will instruct the panel on the law when jurors return this afternoon.

Judge Jackson doesn't sound too empathetic to Craig this morning, punctuating her decisions on various motions entered over the weekend by stating:
"The law is clear there is a duty to be truthful and not mislead."

Just now, Judge Jackson said the defense can argue that in doing so Craig "left clues" for FARA and the government can argue the "puzzle" amounts to an "act of concealment." The jury will have to decide in evaluating if Craig undertook a concealment scheme.
