The number of billionaires in the US has more than doubled in the last decade, from 267 in 2008 to 607 last year, according to investment bank and financial services company UBS.

Gee, who could’ve forecasted that monetary stimulus without corresponding fiscal stimulus would disproportionately benefit the wealthy via stock market?

... Anyone who understands economics. So not Congress nor a large portion of voters.

Hence the problem we find ourselves in.
