I watched @SecPompeo essentially deliver the Kirkuk oil and gas to Russia along with lots of KRG territory. Anyone who believes Trump and Pompeo's Iran machinations is a sap. When Pompeo talks he's just moving his lips. It's Putin's voice. And Putin needs high oil prices.
